Welcome to Origin Forge Works LLC ("Origin Forge Works," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Products

Origin Forge Works specializes in custom-made and personalized products, including but not limited to laser engravings, UV-printed items, personalized gifts, signage, awards, plaques, crystal engravings, and custom-manufactured products.

All products are made to order based on information, files, and specifications provided by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate text, names, dates, images, logos, and design information.
Reviewing all submitted information before order confirmation.
Ensuring uploaded images and artwork are of suitable quality for production.
Obtaining permission to use any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content submitted for customization.

Origin Forge Works is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Design Approval

When design proofs are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details prior to production.

Approval indicates acceptance of:

Spelling
Grammar
Dates
Images
Layout
Sizing
Overall design

Once approved, production may begin immediately.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Origin Forge Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Production and Shipping

As every item is made to order, production times vary based on product type, customization requirements, and order volume.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Origin Forge Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carriers
Weather
Holidays
Customs delays
Events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for:

Custom-made products
Personalized items
Customer-approved designs
Change-of-mind purchases

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.

Customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, logos, website content, product photography, artwork, graphics, and other materials created by Origin Forge Works remain the property of Origin Forge Works LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers retain ownership of content they provide, including logos, images, and artwork.

By submitting content, customers represent that they have the legal right to use that content.

8. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes:

Illegal content
Threatening content
Harassing content
Hateful content
Any content we determine to be inappropriate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin Forge Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

10. Product Variations

Because many of our products utilize natural materials and custom manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur in:

Wood grain
Color
Engraving depth
Material appearance
Placement
Finish

Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free operation.

12. Privacy

Customer information will be used solely for order processing, customer service, and business operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

Origin Forge Works reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication.
