Return & Exchange Policy

At Origin Forge Works LLC, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because our products are created to your unique specifications, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on completed orders.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized items
• Custom text, names, dates, or messages
• Custom photos, artwork, or logos
• Customer-approved designs
• Orders where the customer changes their mind after production has begun

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the item.

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
3. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted text, images, dates, spellings, and design details before production. Origin Forge Works LLC is not responsible for errors that were provided or approved by the customer.
